Within the EMEA headquarters you will be part of the E-commerce team under the supervision of its manager.
The Official Bandai Namco Store # sell Premium and limited physical items (Collector’s Editions, Figurines, Vinyls..) as well as Digital games to our fans in Europe and Australia. Our goal is to offer great services and a local customer experience (currencies, languages) while offering many advantages to our community (loyalty program, pre-order bonuses...)
You will carry out the following missions (non-exhaustive list):
- Maintain our product roadmap with all key information updated
- Reach out to our suppliers/partners/MKT to collect all relevant assets needed to launch items on our Store
- Brief our internal agency responsible for creating visuals, banners, and videos for the store
- Coordinate with our internal department responsible for translating product descriptions
- Create attractive product pages with the right level of information for customers and ensure accessibility through the Home page, listing pages, internal search, and Google
- Set up and launch promotional campaigns (e.g., Black Friday Sale, Summer Sale) and analyze sales performance
- Gather key information needed to create a comprehensive request for quotation and interpret partner proposals effectively. Compile them into a dashboard for sharing with other teams.
- Conduct product benchmarking for new projects (apparel, vinyls, figurines, lamps, goodies, etc.)
- Monitor the platform/website to ensure optimal customer experience, smooth navigation, absence of bugs, and correct translations
